Pete's Blue Chip has been part of Eagle Rock since the 1970s — a family-owned and operated burger stand that still does things the old way. Tufted booths and stained-glass lamps inside, a drive-thru lane outside, and a grill that starts turning out breakfast at 6:30 in the morning, every single day.
